The issue is now resolved.

PlanIT issues have been resolved;

Due to issues that our partner PlanIT Workshop Planner has, our customers using this integration may observe a degraded experience during AutoChat Workshop Flow. We are currently investigating the issue and are in contact with PlanIT to resolve the problem.

Currently, our partner 1iAutomotive has issues with SSL certificate, so that we're unable to fetch (safely) data from them.
It means organizations with this integration for workshops are affected and Drivers (end-users) are not able to proceed with the flow.
